Send a suggestion, a compliment or a complaint about Anambra State Government services. You can report without giving your name.
Reporting misconduct
Use this form to report misconduct by an official or enforcement agent. The feedback type is already set to “Complaint”. In the description, say:
- what happened
- where it happened
- when it happened
- the agency or uniform involved, if you know it
Photos and the names of officers are optional.
